This set of images is a great example of how I aim to show elements of architecture through fashion photography. There are a number of factors which help to show this and they include the framing of the composition, the pose and the design of the garment which shows a wide range of lines and textures.
The photographers use of lighting is something I would aim to use within my work as it is simple but effective, there are also no shadows.
The way in which the photographer has cropped these image is something which stood out to me. It draws your eyes straight to the clothing and enhances the repetitive elements of line. I will be sure to keep this in mind when I am photographing the graduate collections.
