Shoot with fashion students
I had the opportunity of working with a set of fashion students helping to photograph a shoot for them. The concept behind the shoot was focused on whether wearing fur should be allowed. Their intention was to represent skin on skin contact and how people would feel if it was human skin rather than animal skin.
The students created a mood board which made the model feel more comfortable and also gave me an idea of the style of images they were aiming for.

Tanzi final
After evaluating my most previous shoot I began editing. Seeing as the clothing was the most important element of this shoot, I felt the best way to show contrast in these images would be to desaturate them. Taking on board all I had seen I chose to place some of my images on a double page spread where one image was a close up in order to highlight the rhythm and textures within the garments.
The clothing chosen was successful in this shoot as it emphasised my concept of showing shape and structure through fashion.

Plan for next shoot
Having looked at current fashion trends I wanted to do a fashion shoot which was modern, yet still related to the idea of shape and structure. Using look books from high street fashion stores I was able to style an appropriate outfit.
To ensure the model new exactly what I was trying to achieve, I created mood boards to show pose and lighting ideas.

I am going to source and style the clothing for this shoot, but I will have a fashion student present on the day of the shoot in order to help assist me.
Jumpers will frill sleeves are a current trend in high street stores and I thought this jumper would be great for emphasising volume. Pleated trousers will produce flow and rhythm and a plaited dress can be pulled to show the structure within the rope design.
A separate mood board was also created to give the make up artist an idea of the looks I wanted created. Although the make up was important, I did not want it to detract from the clothing as this is the most important concept in the photos.
Having lose strands of hair as a look would link together well with the plaited dress.
